All GTA orders will be delivered by Ant Express by default without any special instructions. (Including Mississauga, Oakville)

Please note: Delivery service to Waterloo & Hamilton is currently NOT available. All orders in these areas will be shipped out via courier.

Please use the name that matches the one registered at concierge. Delivery will only be dropped off to the concierge/front door or hand over to the receiver. Extra delivery fee will be applied if missed due to receiver's issue.

PawPawDear offers LOCAL DELIVERY for GTA orders. A great option to save some money on shipping for large sized items.  Please select "SELF PICK UP / LOCAL DELIVERY" option while adding to cart and simply choose the "LOCAL DELIVERY" option at check out (please use the same postal code as Google Map).

GTA Delivery Area: Toronto Downtown Area / North York / Scarborough / Markham / Richmond Hill / Thornhill / Vaughan - Free on orders over $89

West Delivery Area: Mississauga / Etobicoke / Oakville - Free on orders over $99

Cutoff Time: Orders submit before 4 PM will be delivered the same day (if it can't be done the same day you will receive an email notification from us).

Tuesday & Sunday: Orders submit on these two days will be delivered the next day.

- STANDARD SHIPPING (Orders Outside of Toronto) -
Please note: Extra shipping cost will applied for large sized products, such as Litter, Litter Box, Cat Trees, etc.  If you would like to have the order shipped via courier, please make sure the "STANDARD SHIPPING" option is selected while adding a product to cart.  Your order will be shipped out via Canada Post / UPS and the price reflected includes an added shipping cost. 

- SELF PICK UP -
PawPawDear offers an option for in-store SELF PICK UP, simply choose the "PICK UP" option at checkout.  It takes around 1-3 business days to have your items ready to be picked up at a disclosed location.  Please wait for our confirmation via email.

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments are subjected to 15% restocking fee plus Return to Sender shipping fee.  Customer will be responsible for a double shipping fee if the order return to us and would request to ship out again.
